Suzanne Oates is AlphaPlus’ Director of Operations. Before joining the AlphaPlus board, Suzanne was a National Assessment Programme Manager, responsible for delivering and managing a large national on-screen assessment programme. Prior to joining AlphaPlus Suzanne was the Deputy Head of Assessment Design at AQA, one of the UK’s largest awarding organisations for schools (GCSEs and A levels, primarily).
As Director of Operations, Suzanne is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring quality standards across Services, Information Technology, the Project Management Office, Training and Testing.
