Romy has recently joined AlphaPlus’ Board of Directors. She is a successful and confident global executive with substantial experience in a commercial and educational environment and a proven record of achievement in implementing change. She is a former teacher and holds a first degree in English and Linguistics and Masters in both Digital Technology and Business Administration.

Romy is an assessment and learning specialist, has provided advice on education policy for the Government and has previously held Director-level posts with the UK’s largest Awarding Organisation, Oxford University Press, Renaissance Learning and Kaplan Colleges. Romy leads projects across the range of practice areas at AlphaPlus.
